The next three modules deal with development planning, policy, and practice; here you will learn about the logistics of development: human resource management, organizational management, project planning, and public policy formulation and administration for development. After module 6, you begin to specialize in your chosen area. How are the courses organized? The programmes take three academic years to complete as a distance-learning student. Compulsory residential on-campus sessions are held every academic year. Dissertation writing is compulsory for all MA candidates.
